Jeg er sgu kommet i gang igen. Har l\u00f8bet 4 gange i denne uge – men f\u00f8j, hvor har det alts\u00e5 v\u00e6ret h\u00e5rdt at skulle starte op igen. Men det er jo dejligt n\u00e5r man ser lidt resultater i den anden ende.<\/p>\n

Maden har jeg desv\u00e6rre ikke v\u00e6ret god til i denne uge, som jeg ellers gerne ville. Jeg har f\u00e5et slik, sm\u00e5kager, og sodavand. Det er virkelig sv\u00e6rt at st\u00e5 i mod trangen, men jeg ved, at jeg virkelig har bedst af ikke, at spise det overhovedet.<\/p>\n

Men -500 gram p\u00e5 en uge er fint. Mit m\u00e5l er at tabe mellem 500-800 gram om ugen, de n\u00e6ste 4 uger i hvert fald. Hvis jeg taber mig omkring de 500-600 gram om ugen de n\u00e6ste 4 uger, vil jeg i hvert fald v\u00e6re nede p\u00e5 mit f\u00f8rste delm\u00e5l, som hedder 63 kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n
